Today is a Sunday, and true to form, we went on a woodland walk, and a bit of mushroom hunting. Then despite a cosy fire I tried out my new bright red lightweight jacket and went on my 2.5 mile run. I'm feeling really content right now (I will have to remember that next time I am dreading a run), especially since every day this week I have consistently shaved 10-20 seconds off my mile pace. Which is kinda awesome, I have now set my target of trying to run a 10 min mile, I'm not sure how long it will take but 3 weeks in I am defiantly seeing major changes to my appearance, energy levels, and overall happiness.
