I was thinking today that I should revive my podcast. I wonder if anybody out there would like to edit it for me? This is a hobby project, it isn't a paid gig. If you'd be interested in being someone who edits stuff, maybe does some sound design stuff and be credited on the show, I could do that. Maybe some kind of trade? I could lend my voice to something you're working on; I sing too. If somehow it ever became a THING I'd pay you. I've just realized, I'd do a lot more podcasting if I didn't have to do the editing.

A beautiful amethyst cluster I bought from @bekkathyst. I thought the smaller crystals growing on the amethyst were just gorgeous and definitely fit with my aesthetic. I just keep moving it to different rooms trying to figure out where it looks best. I really ought to take it outside just to see what it looks like when it catches the light. I feel like I should use it for something magical. 💎🔮✨🔮💎

Night Sounds

I live near the railroad tracks

At night the trains cry out as they pass

And the sound was longing soft and sad

And I play sounds of other places

Other storms and travels

To drown out the noise

Of the wailing and the house

Settling as if she sits

On chicken's feet

And someday she will grow tired

and the bars

and the college kids

Instead, since you need help, write a witch a letter. Write out your request for aid and be as detailed as possible. Seal it in an envelope and seal it with something red. Red wax, red sticker, red ribbon, red kiss.  On the next night that feels as if the dark might hold great promise (or the next full moon) take your letter out into the night and burn it. This should get the attention of the nearest witch, or possibly coven, if the wind is right, and someone might fly over to help. Don’t be surprised if a woman rings your doorbell carrying a Roomba under one arm, it’s economical to have a broom and a familiar all rolled into one! Again, trust your gut and don’t let them in if they seem dangerous, ESPECIALLY if they ask to be invited, that’s a vampire and will probably make the situation exponentially worse.
