The formula of change reflects how change is constant in an organization and the role of HR in maintaining the balance of the organization through the constant whirlwinds of change. The theory states that for change to take place 3 factors are necessary – Satisfaction, Vision and Concrete Steps towards the vision. Only in the presence of these 3 factors the need for change can overpower the resistance. This equation highlights the power in the hands of employees to bring the change in an organization.
