Strange things happened in a city like this. After a good ten years, Manna figured she’d be used to it - but no. Every once and a while at Alibi Bar, a chair would crash through the window or a gunshot would fire off or someone would drag a guest outside while flashing a gold coin at one of the bouncers, and no one thought twice about it. No one so much as answered Manna’s questions, either. All she knew was that whatever happened never affected her personally, and she was always paid well.

It was enough.

Tips in pocket, Manna slid her purse over her shoulder as she left the bar. There were better times to be getting off work than two in the morning, but it was all right. Gave her more time to do things she cared about, like-

“Jesus!” A man nearly collided with her as she turned a corner, and she jolted back a step. “Be more careful, I could’v-” She cut off the second she saw the blood on his hands, the limp in his leg, the... What on earth had happened to him? “Hey, are you okay?” Stupid question, Manna.

That’s.... that’s hard. I’m taking this in like a book smart intelligence kinda way, figures out mental puzzles really quick, kinda thing. 

I would say Belle is pretty high up there. She spends a lot of time reading and pulling information from several sources then applies that in her day-to-day. I think Jane is similar in that regard but is way more hands on. Frederick is also a very intelligent man but I think he lets himself get too focused on tasks, if that makes sense? Kratos and Lailah are also very intelligent in that regard, in part due to their long lifespans and the time they’ve been given to educate themselves. Peter also ranks up there on the high intelligence list. He didn’t totally make his own suit and gadgets and he’s no Shuri, but he had a more disadvantaged upbringing and he still made his own web fluid. He is really intelligent, just needs more time to grow into it.

So from that narrowed down list, I want to say... Belle lol Because I believe she has a natural inclination for it.
