I like to hc Shinsou is one of Midoirya's closer friends and If you following my blog you know I love the idea of them working together given out of all friends Shinsou is one of the most likely choices Midoirya can ask to help him as he most likely won't open his own.
It might be something the plan since the third year. Shinsou working under or even as Midoirya's right hand even if he originally didn't plan to he just slide into this position cause he does a lot of the detail work too.
