Aro movie: Project Hail Mary (2026).No on-screen romance , although one of the main characters has a romantic partner who is is mentioned and discussed. 5 out of 5 stars! I'm sure I won't be the only person sending this movie in. A sci-fi adventure drama about a middle school teacher who ends up sent into space to discover the reason why the sun is dimming and how to stop it. The emotional through line of the movie is Friendship and platonic bonds. The protagonist is aroace-coded (especially in the book this is adapted from), and the happy ending is getting to live together with your best friend.

Oh, we're sharing Mechs dreams? One time I dreamt they invaded the store where I worked (in the dream it turned into a space-station warehouse that still looked like a walmart). After some initial mayhem and melee, The Mechs settled down for a sleepover in the backroom and played a very fatal version of Truth-or-Dare w/themselves. An unknown shadowy spectre & the octokittens, which had gotten a taste for my blood, proceeded to chase me throughout the building.

I hc the octokittens to be really cute but that sounds horrifying sfhgjksfhgjkshfgsjk but the mechs raiding and subsequently having a sleepover in fantasy space walmart just sounds so much like something they’d actually tho

 I love this image like. imagine those american high school coming of age films where they lock themselves up in a store overnight and there’s a montage of them having fun in all the different isles. 

it’s exactly like that but they have to wade thru a sea of corpses and are just. covered in blood

I haven't read the final chapter yet, but I hear Jon has an ace ring! Which is amazing bc I just bought a new ace ring yesterday. (I lost my old one back in April.)
