Been wanting to get ahold of this footage for a long time, never actually seen it, and it’s brought back some memories of the day. For the last 2 years it had this fracture playing me up every time I threw. It was not just extremely painful but extremely embarrassing for myself. Going to competition basically scared that it was going to go, . . At this time I was only coaching a little bit, i was also self coached for a long long time (for reasons) Pushed to go and get it checked out, by other coaches, I finally did. . Stress fracture of the spine. I’m lanky. And I throw a stick. Typical. . 2 ops. Hours upon hours of rehabilitation. . I’m going to pick that bloody stick back up and throw the dam thing. Because one thing I’ve been told that has sunk in and that I’ve noticed even more in the last 2 years of coaching. “There is nothing worse that watching people do something you wished you could still do” . . I’m still going to be coaching. I’m still going to be throwing. I’m still going to be dedicated THANK YOU. To all for the support given over the years especially form my family. And my team that have helped me so much to get me back out there to achieve my goals. @westberkshireinjuryclinic Phil key (will add then get hold of account) . .
