personal reminder for myself to NOT take meds with milk i will throw up later

I've been throwing up so I called in to work and they told me to bring an excuse but A) I don't have a ride to the doctor and B) even if I did I wouldn't want to go to pay for the trip and medicine. This is the type of sickness I can just sleep off.

I blame my sister, who is sick, because I just got sick. my sister and I actually threw up at the same time

Now that’s what I call sibling bonding: getting your baby sister sick and than tried to push her into the wall so your little sister can’t puke before you even though iTS WAS YOUR FAULT THAT YOUR SISTER IS SICK AND IS THROWINGN UP.

She apologized for pushing me by making food so I shall forgive for now

Im in excruciating pain and im lucky to have my fingers moving again. I cant stop crying and my body is having spouts of uncontrollable shaking and vomiting. I had a panic attack because i couldnt breathe after trying to plug my phone onto the charger so i could call for help, i didnt end up getting it hooked up so i started banging on the wall because my body was freezing in panic and i couldnt yell because i mightve thrown up again. So im panicking and finally my grandpa comes in and gets me some alkaseltzer and for about 15 minutes feeds it to me while im trying to breathe and get feeling back in my hands and legs. Afterwards i started to lay down and immediately i threw up, I hadnt eaten anything really all day because my stomach wasnt feeling well and thats typical for me so i brushed it off. But my vomit has been yellow/ orange/to almost a pinkish color and its scaring me. The whole area surrounding my ribcage is in sharp pain and im just.  Im fucking terrified. 

I might call an ambulance.

 I want someone to hold me so bad.

 Im so tired of being sick.

 im ready to die.

If I go under my blankets it's too hot and I wanna throw up If I don't I'm way too cold and start shaking I hate Everything

I'm tiring really hard not to cry anymore cause I keep doing that thing where you cry so much that you start coughing your ass off until you puke and I don't wanna deal with that
