It anchors the light body into the Earth vibration - preventing the spirit body from moving too far away from the material plane. It’s perfect for meditation because of this. It also creates a safe space - preventing outside influences from distracting you from the practice at hand. This crystal allows spirit ‘downloads’ to happen unhindered. It was one of my first crystals. Using it makes it easier for me to detach myself from my ego and to experience things from a more objective space. It doesn’t make me aloof though.
