Shortly after highschool Ewing's flinger- or, girlfriend, as he so later decided- had moved across country to attened one of the colleges she had dreamt of attending. It didn't leave them much time for closure, and ccording to Ewing he never fully got it. So, one night at 12 am he grabbed his phone and dialed up his friends number. It was a spur of the moment decision but it would give them time to have fun , bond, and maybe he would be able to find someone for them. Promptly at the sound of the phone being answere,d he jumped at the opportunity.
"We should go on a road trip."
"Oh it's you again."
"Hey, Rae. I have a question." Larson looked at the girl, lighting a cigarette. "Are we friends?"
"Huh?" Rae looked over at him, closing her hands into light fists subconsciously. "Uh, I don't know. I consider us friends, yeah."

As she walked down the street, Shaylee was on the phone with her manager... again. He was fussing at her for being late to the studio and she was trying to sip her coffee so she wouldn't yell at him. She'd been up late the night before writing and had woken up late. She was just about to reply to his latest loud comment when she nudged into someone on the street by accident, her coffee spilling all over the front of her dress. Her jaw dropped as she looked over at the other person, realizing she'd spilled on them as well. "Oh my gosh..." she said, hanging up her phone as she reached into her bag for some napkins. "I am... so sorry about that."
“That is what forgiveness sounds like. Screaming and then silence.”
"—If you want to get technical, that is what choking someone sounds like."
Larson sighed. "Hey. Girl, person there." He said, pointing. "Can you tell me where I am?"
Raegan looked around from one side of her to the other. She even bothered to turn around and check behind her for people. Was he talking to her? Yeah, apparently. "M-me?" She pointed to herself. People normally didn't bother her for anything. Most of the time she didn't seem to be visible. She was only good for being laughed and pointed at.

Tanner needed the night with his friends. He really did. Everything at home had spun out of control and he couldn't stand being there another second. After dropping his siblings off at their grandmas, he went over to the bar where his friends had been sitting. All four of them sat there, drinking beer and smiling at him. They all sung happy birthday to him with goofy grins and he was grateful for them. It was when he accidently walked back into someone that he was brought back to reality. "O-Oh, I'm so sorry," He stuttered, looking at them, "My bad."
