This one was tougher haha My words were: surprise, enter, squint, pink I'll be taking from The Dog Yard again because if anything these word find games are what's keeping that wip alive Surprise: The offer comes as a complete surprise if the murmurs among the crowd were anything to go by. They trade looks and click their tongues, an audience to my interrogation, witness to the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity I am offered. Evidently, Seventh wasn't known for their generosity. But as expected, I disappoint everyone in the room. "I'm not interested." Enter/Squint: (they were unbelievably close) "Well?" I push, turning on my heel to pace in the other direction, "Seventh will be at that door any minute. If you've suddenly forgotten how to read, now would be a good time to let me know." "Shh!" Farrow lifts a finger but doesn't look up. I groan, pacing faster, the creaking wood beneath my feet being my only grounding point. With little else to focus on I look to the door, to the vacant walls, and back to Farrow again. He squints at the document with what I can only imagine is uncertainty, like it's all gibberish, but I'm too afraid to ask. "Look, even if it's only a few words--"

The doorknob jiggles and swings open a moment later. Sevenths enters the room as Farrow buries the papers beneath a cushion. I straighten my back and try not to look like I want to kill him. Pink: "I am not a child!" Thysia insists while looking very childish, "I know more about this town than you do, Mr. Crook, and I'd suggest you start showing some respect. You need me."

I snort, the noise coming out when I'm not looking and coloring her cheeks a shade of pink. "Is that so? Well, I guess I should start being a whole lot nicer, huh?"

She nods firmly. I can't help myself, or the ugly grin that follows.

"Get me another coffee... please."
