Oh god this could have been writteb by me -I feel your pain. I started slimming world last time I was on and it was horrendous - worst migraine I had ever had. I don’t know how much caffeine you drink but (cliche as it is) I cut coffee/tea etc for a day or so and felt much better… I personally can’t drink decaf because it makes the headache worse, go figure. Anyway It might have been coincidence but maybe worth a try? Stick with it though! Good luck, feel better.
Thanks for chiming in. I used to be a really heavy coffee drinker but I have cut back to 1-2 cups a day for a while now. But I know if I don’t have any at all, I can get a migraine from the withdrawal, too. So I don’t think caffeine is to blame here. Just trying to drink a lot of water right now and some salted nuts to hope that balances me out. The head pain is starting to pass and turn into sweat attacks/nausea, which USUALLY means for me that I’m getting near the end of a migraine wave...I really hope so because I have 8 hours on the job ahead of me and I just want to sleep right now.
