Okay seriously, I can’t be the only person who is actually trying to get the digital download of Louis’s album that is supposed to be included in ticket purchase from the Portland show, right? Ticketmaster insists there is no digital download. Ticketswest, which is the provider of the actual tickets, insists I contact Ticketmaster. At this point, I just want the venue to remove the line about the digital copy from their ticketing page, which it still says as of today:
When I emailed Ticketswest, they also provided a different screenshot that says you have to contact Ticketmaster for the digital download:
However, after two weeks of going back and forth with Ticketmaster, their reps insist there is NO digital copy to be had:
By now, I have received the physical CDs. I don’t need the download. This is not the point. The point is that the ticket seller shouldn’t say a digital download is included if it is not. What if I didn’t have a CD drive, and was counting on the digital version? If I ordered an art print from someone and it was stated to include the physical artwork and an electronic version, and the electronic version never arrived and the artist told me “well you got the hard copy” - that is still not the sale I agreed to.
IN SUM: I just want Keller Auditorium to fix their ticket information page to reflect that buyers get physical CDs and not a digital download but people replying to emails are missing this point!!
