The weather was great today finally! Perfect running weather! And the first of many “easy” runs under 10:00/mile! After last night’s tempo run at 8:30/mile, this was easy! Cheers to progress! No matter how small or slow I feel! Also, I got my first tick of the season! My hubby found it on my clothes. 🤦🏻♀️
