A commission for @tidusyumemiru‘s character Isen Yumemiru, entitled “Dreams of Tomorrow”.

I love troubled characters with romantic backstories, and Isen’s definitely didn’t disappoint. Tidy requested a piece with a slightly melancholic undertone, but with an overall uplifting feel, which to me brought to mind the joy Isen has found with Samuru (something which I had a lot of fun expressing with the strings). Thank you for the commission, Tidy! It was lovely to write something for your character. Please enjoy.

@oceaneyedcoeurl surprised me today with an absolutely beautiful commission edit from @tidusyumemiru for Valentine’s Day this morning, I was completely in shock and legit cried a little, I really wasn’t expecting it. I haven’t had anyone give me a gift ever for Valentine’s Day since I was in elementary school, so this really meant a whole lot to me and made me smile so much... thank you again Alex, for this really thoughtful gift and to Tidus for making this stunning edit. I love it so much. This has been truly the best Valentine’s Day I’ve ever had.
