Social media is a truly amazing human invention. We spent so much time on such a small area that we were forced to explore every aspect of it. Even though the people are liked they are also hated at the same time. These negative aspects are what lead people to act improperly.

WHY CHOOSE STEM?

The senior high school is a bridge for you to prepare in your upcoming college years.In senior high school you can choose a strand that you want. Strand is a track for you to choose in your senior high school years. But why just promote a single strand instead all strand?

In senior high school there's a different strand that has different characteristics. The senior high school is only a preparation for the college and not all strand has a connection to what you’re going to take in college. So instead of promoting just one strand, why not promote all strand because what if the student is undecide of which course they will take in college and because we promoted just one strand the other strand will not stand out and many students will not be aware of the other. In addition, when you are promoting a strand you are essentially comparing other strand, and what will happen is the other strand will not stand out and that will result on just one strand being the number one option even if the course is not aligned in the strand.

I believe that we should not just promote just one strand because each strand has different identity and every student has a right to receive an education.

Social Media is a great way to remain in touch and stay informed with friends and family all over the world. It makes us aware of society problems and it often serves us an excellent stress reliever. However, there are times when it negatively affects users, such as when it causes sleep disruption or exposes them to bullying, anxiety, depression and false perceptions of other people's lives.

1. What advantages does the creation of social media offer citizens to developing countries?

- There are several benefits to the development of social media,including quick information exchange and simple access to global events. As we search on various social media apps, one of its benefits is that it broadens our knowledge and opinions about what is occurring in the outside world. The second is to learn new things and to interact with others, which can facilitate the exchange of ideas, products, and news easily.

2. Should international policy makers and organizations concerned with economic development and human rights embrace social media as tools for achieving those ends? How should social media fit into the broader context of ICT?

- Yes, Social media are defined as communication platforms that leverage interactive online ICT to promote the exchange of user-generated content. Social media are useful instruments for fostering collaboration, improving communication teaching and learning abilities, and facilitating communication. Despite their conceptual differences, ICT and social media are intertwined and inextricably linked, and they converge when mobilized as resources for a process that entails altering social patterns of a society and can involve economic development, political progress, and more.

Some of us are struggling to choose a track in college. Finding strand plays a huge role on your journey to college. And do you ever wonder choosing STEM strand in your upcoming senior high school life? Choosing the right strand helps you to gain more knowledge on certain college course.
