I genuinely wasn't going to give Chloe a miraculous at first but like... but like...
Zoe was always getting one! I just was between this and the Ox for which. See here for their civilian designs.
Hero designs and names, Tiger Lilies represent wealth and opulence which felt appropriate for Chloe. And 'Red Morning Sailors Warning' means the sunrise being notably red foretells storms.
I think Chloe pulls off the tiger very well, she's already forceful, loud, and aggressive plus the gold accents and stripes? She wears is almost as well as Juleka! My favoriting part was drawing the flower for her hair.
Meanwhile Zoe looks cool as hell with the dragon, I loved drawing her big dramatic shoulder pads. I also gave her extra gold jewelry, this dragon is no stranger to gold dear. Her braid will move like a tail if she's agitated.
The idea for how the girls got their miraculous was that after the events of La Poppet Audrey dicks off back to New York leaving Zoe and Chloe to process none of their issues. Andre tries to pacify them with gifts of family heirlooms, Chloe the bracelet and Zoe the choker, entirely unaware of them being miraculous.
Both remain dormant until the leadup to a major fight featuring an akuma, amok fueled by one of BauBau's nightmares. When Prometheus wakes them up and the kwami give the girls the rundown.
Roaar actually likes how loud and forceful Chloe can be, at least whe eshe uses it for good. While Longg values Zoe for her ability to adapt and cleverness.
The fight itself is over pretty much as soon as its done once these two hit the scene, but afterwards Chloe gives her miraculous to Asher and Rose Wing, revealing her identity to only those two. Chloe has done a lot of soul searching and while she loves being Tiger Lily and being a hero, she also is coming to learn that what she wants should take back seat to what people need. And the heroes need an ally they can actually trust.
Asher then offers the miraculous to Juleka (of course) the next time it's needed, as the Aspik equivalent situation, but they can't win without Lady Harmonia's lucky charm. Juleka manages to (kinda) fake a panic attack to get out of being Purple Tigress and handily removes herself from the on call hero list int he process. She did consider trying to find a way to keep Roaar to give out herself but couldn't swing it.
Meanwhile Chloe discovers Zoe's identity as Red Morning, when she sneaks to the kitchens for some food for Longg. Zoe is devastated to learn Chloe gave up her miraculous but does commend her act as selfless. She does keep going out as Red Morning and Chloe covers for her.
When Chloe get's Roaar back they are both very happy, as are the kwami.
