A pair of elephant statues and a pair of tiger statues are installed on the left and right sides of the entrance to the place of prayer. Many were statues of elephants.

祈りの場の、入り口の左右には、それぞれ、対になったゾウの立像、そして、対になった虎の立像が設置されています。多くは、ゾウの立像がでした。

Yasahagi and Nasakami are youmg dragons. Their dragon mother’s biological ancestry is 4186 years old as of the present day.

412 years ago, the matriarch of an Islamic branch of the Dragon Clan, in her dying breath, trusted these girls’ great-grandmother Halakai with the protection of this branch’s heirloom. This branch being matriarchal, it was entrusted to Halakai, not her husband. Now it’s the turn of 10-year-old Nasakami, who had just started puberty, to inherit the priest-like task as the eldest daughter.

The relic, “The [X] of the Boiling [Animal]”, is a white [animal] made out of clay, blood swirling through the figurine like death by dancing lava. It reaches inside even the throat, if you look through the statue’s unhinged jaw, and chokes the hole, rendering it mute. Its hidden power is to be wielded only by a worthy Dragon Clan member. 

Halakai tasked a clay worker’s apprentice to use her loose tooth, as dragons tend to do, to build a super-strong casing for it. He did, and now “The Voice of the Boiling Tiger” is carried around in a treasure hunter-worthy box.

My Question is: What animal is this figurine do, and what is its magic power?

I don’t want it to be just a MacGuffin!

i thought this statue was just so cool. it was in a garden that had a field of antique and grecian pieces; open to strollers or practitioners of green thumbs.
