I have zero ear for accents, but I know (by reading from the internet) that Megatron II is english, Quickstrike has some kind of a southern accent, Rattrap has a brooklyn accent, and Ravage is suddenly russian.

But what accents do the other BW characters have? I would like to know because I don't want to end up saying in my fics that two characters with completely different countries' accents are from the same city.
