Roxanne the Echidna is the reincarnation of Light Gaia, born into the world with the sacred responsibility of balancing nature, restoring harmony and protecting the earth. Her Light Form is imbued with natural elements, representing her connection to the planet and her deeper powers. Though she carries immense responsibilities, Roxanne chooses to live as a Mobian first and not a deity. Outside of royal, ceremonial and spiritual settings, she prefers the name Roxy, distancing herself from the weight of her title.
Roxanne has deep red quills accented with golden streaks that catch the light in a subtle shimmer. Her muzzle is a warm beige, complementing the light pink crescent moon marking on her chest, beneath is a vertical wave of motif that symbolises the eternal flow of life and renewal she carries with her. Her arms and legs feature pink-toned undersides, with matching pink palms and toe claws. She has sky blue eyes that contrast against her deep red fur.
When channelling her full divinity, Roxy enters her Light Form. Her deep red fur softens into a gentle pink with an ethereal glow, her pink accents shift into a calming blue. Her golden streaks pale, glowing faintly with the rest of her body. In this form, she is often adorned with natural elements such as vines, flowers and leaves. They respond to her presence naturally, rather than being summoned by force, and reflecting her connection to nature and her role as a guardian.
Preferring to always keep her quills tied up with a sea green hair tie, paired with a matching headband and belt. She adorns herself with simple gold bracelets and wears a cream-toned trumpet-style dress, favouring to be bare-foot whenever possible, as to feel the earth beneath her feet; only wearing flats when necessary.
Roxy is kind-hearted, compassionate and strong-willed. She possesses a natural resilience and determination making her a reliable friend and ally. Despite her gentle demeanour, she can be fiercely protective when those she loves are threatened. She takes her responsibilities seriously and often acts as an emotional anchor, representing life chosen through love, restraint and humanity.
Roxanne was a gift to her mother Tikal the Echidna from Light Gaia. She shares a close relationship with her mother, understanding her views on pacifism and agreeing with them. While not having a biological father, she considers her step-father Espio the Chameleon to be her true father. She loves her half-siblings equally, engaging in calming conversations with Saturn, dancing with Umi, meditating with River and sparring with Tidal and Stream. Roxy's boyfriend is Prince Solar of the Sol Empire, she loves him very much and respects him; often if not always by his side to help keep him calm.

River the Hybrid is a mix between an echidna and a chameleon. Her body is covered in pink-toned scales, with long quills that cascade down her back. Two of those quills drape over her shoulders. She has a darker-toned head crest that defines her silhouette, and from its centre sits a singular yellow horn. She has three back spikes that match the colour of her head crest, they sit evenly down her spine. River's eyes are a crystal blue, they are filled with gentleness and kindness. Her muzzle, chest and palms are a deep brown, with her feet ending in three long-pointed echidna claws, matching the tone of her crest and back spikes. She has a long, prehensile chameleon-tail that gives her agility and balance, while her sticky hand pads allow her to climb vertically with ease.
River dresses in light, flowing garments that reflect her gentle spirit, a baby blue crop top and a loose-fitting asymmetrical skirt with a soft frilled hem to match. A golden belt adorns her waist, a clasp attaches to wrap another golden accessory over her torso. Two golden anklets and one golden bracelet. On her forearms are also a set of golden bands, a blue topaz sits in the centre; symbolling her lineage. Around her neck rests a matching blue topaz necklace, a cherished gift from her mother. To complete her look, she wears white sandals that compliment her peaceful and serene appearance.
River is a gentle, soft-spoken and endlessly kind young woman, believing wholeheartedly that every living being has goodness somewhere inside them, even those touched by darkness. She is thoughtful, cautious and often overwhelmed by the intensity of the world around her. Despite her fearfulness, she is reliable, nurturing and emotionally perceptive. Always around as a negotiator and spiritual guide, she sees meaning in the smallest of things and has a profound appreciation for life's simplicity. Though she has the capacity for power, with hydromancy of memory; using the motion of water to view memories from the past, and natural born strength from her echidna and chameleon DNA, River is a true pacifist and will avoid conflict whenever possible.
She is the daughter to Espio the Chameleon and Tikal the Echidna, River inherited her mother's spirituality and her father's calm precision. She has a strong bond with her mother and understands her ancient wisdom better than anyone else. Her connection to nature, spirits and the past makes her a valuable presence. She shares a deep, harmonious connection with her older half-sister Roxanne, finding comfort in her presence and sharing equal spiritual values. River looks up to her other half-sister Saturn, admiring her bravery and certainty and often follows her on journeys alongside Dove. She has a great bond with her triplet siblings Tidal and Stream, though Tidal's approaches to life often clash. Her affection doesn't end there however, it extends warmly to her older sisters Umi and Pebble, whom she cherishes just like the rest of her family. Whilst Jupiter is a sibling to her, she doesn't consider them one.
What is a good memory Roxy and Saturn have with their mom and dad?
Roxanne: One of my favourite memories, that I still do to this day with mother and father would have to be learning sign language. Father would stress quite a bit, finding it infuriating that he couldn't communicate with us. So mother taught us how to sign. It is such a beneficial skill to have! And I really enjoy teaching it to others.
Another great memory would be meditating, or even cave painting! It is such a blessing with what we have been given here on Mobius, the life all around us is something we should keep sacred and treasure with all our might. So, while it may seem simple and boring, sitting and enjoying what the wind has to whisper and painting a story to be told for future generations is something we all come together to do that we enjoy. Saturn: My favourite memory... It will be when father first spoke. I was seven, Roxy was eight and the twins were running around playing whilst mother was sat with the triplets. I was sat beside her helping out. I don't remember where father was beforehand. But... he walked over and he spoke for the first time since I was made. It was quiet. Barely above a whisper. But he said he was proud of me. I was so shocked? And I cried, I had never heard him speak before. Vector said it was a reaction to trauma. I didn't know what had happened back then but I do now. And him coming up to me and saying he was proud. It's a memory I play back when I need some encouragement.
