So I have to delete the tiktok app again…I redownloaded it because my partner texts me videos (usually cute animals) but tiktok stopped letting me watch them without the app. Okay, so I’ve had it for like two weeks now. And I’ve been doing pretty good self-control wise. I’ve been scrolling like an hour a day, tops.
And then I was like “I’m not sleepy yet, lemme scroll for an hour before bed” and then my alarm went off for like. “5am time to get up to get an early start on work so we can play dnd this afternoon.” Friends, I will be napping this afternoon. If I don’t conk out at my desk before then :(
