I’ve worked all afternoon after some things for my blog, and my eyes are exhausted now! 😂 And I still have to write at least some lines of my dissertation!

Today’s work pie chart!+ what I have done up until now.

This app is available on Android, it's called Time Planner. It is still on its early development stage but it looks very promising. It can:

schedule (routine or one off activity;

record time;

see the statistics as well. 

Subsequently, since using this app, I have deleted at least 4 apps. 😂

I don't really need a focus app but rather, a 'stop watch' kind of app; so I can see what I've been doing for the day. At the same time, many apps I've seen or used for a short while didn't have subcategories. This app has. For example, under "Study", I can put my modules as the sub and see how long I have spent on one instead of seeing only the overall time I had allocated for studying.

Learning curve is quite steep but after using it daily for almost 2 weeks, I get a hang of it. The developer is also open to suggestion which is another plus from me. ✔✔✔

The last 2 days I got a crisis because of a fucking planer.

I felt very unorganised over the last few months and I don’t like my planner anymore so I started to google 2 days ago and now I’m kind of really overwhelmed. I watched some youtube videos about the filofax hype and then I fell in love with the peru filofax just to discover half an hour later that it’s not available anymore and I couldn’t find it anywhere else where it would ship to germany. Then I found the daisy filofax which is kind of cute but still I’m really unsure because filofaxes are kind of expensive and what if I can’t get really into it either? Then I searched for the kikki k planners and the ones that I fancied are also not avialable anymore and also they are really expensive! Then I looked for the erin condren planners because they are also really hyped, but again nothing for me because they are way to expensive and I don’t wanna know how much they would cost me with the shipping costs included. After that I came across the plum paper planners. They are really beautiful and I like the concept but when I checked the shipping it would cost me 50-60€ all in all and that kind of made me sad because they seem to be pretty organised and you can customize it just how you like.

So I’m kind of in a dilemma because it is also in the middle of the year. If I take the filofax I don’t even have half a year left and buying new kalender paper for next year is also a little bit expensive. the pro is that I can change and fill the filofax just how I like it and prefer it because you can take stuff out. and in comparison to the plum paper planer it is cheaper.
