Ok so it turns out that I just didn’t have enough willpower to run (like at all) in February. I ran in the first week of feb, took a three week break and forced myself to run on the last day of February. It can only go up from here.
I am proud of the run I did today though.
Not proud that I had to stop and walk towards the end BUT it was after a big hill AND I sprinted the rest of the way after that. So I’ll chalk that up as a success.
I also am in search of a person who is doing a similar journey as I am, with the running and Keto because doing this alone is sooo not easy. I look forward to seeing people who are doing similar things posting on here keep up the good work every one, you all motivate me.
