• This trip nearly took my life.

• My flight got delayed by 17hrs, then I got rebooked on a whole new flight and received a $12 meal voucher as compensation.

• I waited at baggage claim for an hour and a half then I got a notification that by bag is being delayed even though the tracking said it was unloaded from the plane. I started thinking that it was either stolen orrrrr idk.

• I filed a delay report and tried to wait a little longer in case my bag came. The airport staff that filed the report told me it probably wasn’t coming. I left fighting tears.

• The bag I checked in is currently in London. So.
