When John Watson has said this to Sherlock, he hadn't thought Mycroft would take him for his word.
Now, thrown back into 2010 on January the 29th he only has three chances to ensure that he never meets the man he loves.

Who are the time travelers of YouTube ?
There are a lot of YouTube videos that show some persons with a futuristic device in hands. And they also look different from other people (may be due to having those devices.
Who are these people? Are they really time-travelers or someone else? Are they really having scientific devices? Did they display the scientific gadgets deliberately? Why did not they hide the equipment while being photographed?
This is very possible that anyone of these people was never a time-traveler but these people were (and are) the representatives of the secret scientific societies, which were hired to test the performance of those futuristic devices.
