LYING AROUND, and 3) as if there werent FOUR different jacks just in 1941 ALONE

What if a young teen worked with Torchwood for a while, and could easily pickpocket people. So, she does this with Jack the day tosh and owen "die" (I refuse) and she used the vortex manipulator she 'borrowed' to save both Owen and Tosh from their deaths??? 🎀
