This one's nicknamed Breadgician, she belongs to no particularly different au, but She's a birthday themed Timekeeper Cookie with a gachapon motif, take a gachapon ball from her hat and you could be pleasantly surprised with freshly baked bread depending on the season or holiday, mechanical doodads, or a grand prize of some time cogs or an infinite baguette loaf (which that gachapon ball is located on the center of her bow)
