@timemastertm gets a somewhat plotted starter
double checking the time on her watch, laurel weaved her way in and out of the foot traffic. if only she could fly, then she wouldn’t be having this sort of problem but she promised her moms she wouldn’t use her powers unless it were for an actual reason, and not just because she hated slow people. chuckling faintly, laurel shook her head at the thought, some people had seen her flying before, from the public that is, but she was given a costume and mask from day one to mask her identity.
with her head down and her hands in her pocket, laurel sensed someone was following her, it wasn’t the first time someone was following her, this however was the first time the person seemed to have no idea as to what they were doing. turning the corner into an alley way, laurel kept walking before she pulled out the staff from her back pocket, extending and breaking it into two in a swift movement as she spun around to face the other, someone of which seemed rather familiar “you know, if you’re going to follow someone, you might want to make it not as obvious.”
