Things always look like they’re slow

Not On My Side

I don’t understand where it goes,

how it operates, or how it flows,

why sometimes it slows ‘till it dies

but most of the time, it just flies,

nothing makes me so distressed

as when time, flying by, feels pressed,

so I can’t really say that I love it,

I just wish that I had more of it.

Time’s a bitch.

It’s about time to dtr - define the relationship (is this even a thing? Dtr? Or am I making a fool of myself by watching way to much “awkward”?)

Anyway...My boyfriend & I have been together for 3 1/2 years now and although things were complicated along the way, he was never in the position to break up or something like that...Simply because he never wanted and never dared to even think about it. But right now he has changed. I would say he’s in his midlife-crisis, which seems kind of ridiculous considering that he’s just 21 years old. But nevertheless, I would bet he still is. So we are about to having the “talk” but I don’t know where this is going. He takes his time answering me & doesn’t even hesitate to leave important questions ignored. I’m a mess right now & can’t think straight. That is one of the most rude thing to do to someone:  keeping them in uncertainty.

Honestly, I’ve been sitting here trying to think what I’m grateful for today. It’s been a day filled with annoyances.
