Quite a stir as a professional stripper interrupted our version of Neil Young’s ‘Heart of Gold’ at Veronica Radio, Hilversum. Tim Knol was widely applauded for unplugging his guitar and walking from the set. As did the whole band.. Bit of a sad ‘prank’. Luckily, at that point we’d already played Tim’s new single ‘A Kid’s Heart’ (from the new album ‘Cut The Wire’). Watch and listen HERE !!!
Yesterday was promo-day, with a guided, historical tour of Tim’s musical life in the city of Hoorn. As a grand finale, a few carefully selected fans were invited to the Mi5 studios in Hoorn, where they had the privilege to listen to a vinyl test pressing of the new Tim Knol album ‘Cut the Wire’. The album (that I produced together with Tim) will be released in January 2018.
Gisteren met de Tim Knol band voorprogramma van ‘living legends’ Teenage Fanclub gedaan in Paradiso Amsterdam. Ook paar nieuwe liedjes van Tim gedaan. Daaarma genoten van TFC. Na afloop schoot Reyer twee van z’n helden (Norman & Raymond van TFC) aan op straat voor Paradiso. Ik zette ze op de foto!
