#wednesdayswords I started drinking (unbeknownst to my parents lol ) when I was 15 years old. The people in my neighborhood would have family house parties and everyone would get super drunk and dance 💃🏻 Merengue and Salsa, and party till the sun came up.☀️ The parties always had a shit ton of adults present so you couldn’t get out of hand. It was so much fun. I continued this ultra party behavior all the way through college and beyond. My college crew and I became known for always being the ones to know where the party was and were the booze was stashed. Sometimes it was right above you, hidden in the ceiling panels. But I recently started to hate hangovers and how bad I felt the whole day or days after, so I stopped drinking. Now I save “the pleasure” for special occasions.
