Taking my food dehydrator out on it's maiden voyage. A co-worker found it at a garage sale for me. Bless him. All those herbs you see in my garden? Some of them are in here. 3 trays of lemon balm, two of chocolate mint. I am hoping by trimming back the mint it will grow in more lush like it used to be.
