✓ Food Wishes, dad puns with a shake of cayenne are just the best

✓ Binging with Babbish, if you prefer the New York treatment of the Food Wishes but with a younger "chef" and more movie & TV references

✓ The Nerdwriter, great way to end your Wednesday ritual. Cool analysis of pop culture without hitting your over the head

✓ Boho Berry, the unproclamed BuJo community there. If she doesn't use it or highlight whatever you do on your bullet journal, then it's in the BuJo community. Or maybe it's still in Install... lol

✓ @crashcourseworksheets Great for all your knowledge refreshments or learning in easy to digest videos and media... that and the puns.

✓ Jackie Aina, because *shimmies away singing* Jackie... Jackie.... Jackie...

✓ @vox FOLLOWING THEM BEFORE THEY WERE FAMOUS!!! Ezra Klein's experiment has turned in one of the sources of mass media and that makes me so proud (from the journalist me)

✓ LOOΠΔ the world, aka the official LOOΠΔ YouTube channel. If you follow them, you are updated with Everything about them and you know that you are in the notification squad if there aren't any subs yet.

Here some of my favourite podcast (even though some of them I have already give a shout out in my monthly review and I just started to listen to in the middle of April, lol)

Some of my favourites are

✓ the history chicks, a revised vision of the history classes from school

✓ Black men can't jump in Hollywood, three hilarious comedians check black lead movies and some others. Warning: the swirl can get really out of control really quick and the bad puns are everywhere. Also there will be topics where I actually skipped over because I can't relate to the African American experience because the Latin American one, and especially the African Colombian experience, is different from the African American and sometimes they (in a very uncomfortable way)

✓ Stuff Mom never told you, but the latest version

✓ Welcome to Nightvale and You Must Remember This, just because those are great podcasts from the start. Great storytelling, great resources and actual great to listen to at any time.

On today's #BuJoChallenge some of my favourite things to listen to to pump myself up and it's almost the end of the hateful week(s) that began last Monday. I have some Spotify playlist there because I can't create one but I also have some singles, albums and discographies that make my heart go faster. And I'm almost done with all the archiving but I have no idea if I have also to do some transcription work as well.. I hope that the transcription audio don't go over the 2 hours or I will lose it. The only good thing is going to be that big payment at the end but I'm having a hunch that it's going to be mid-October.

✓ Whisper of the Heart (year) ✓ Sense and Sensibility or any Jane Austen’s books movie ✓ Matilda ✓ Wes Anderson’s movies ✓ Quentin Tarantino’s movies ✓ Byzantine ✓ Girl with the Dragon tattoo {the Swedish one even though Daniel Craig did a good job} ✓ Casino and Good Fellas {in that order} ✓ Hella W ✓ The Matrix {only true first one because it is a close ended movie and it shouldn’t have had any other movies} ✓ The little saved pieces of that super controversial Colombian movie from the 1920’s where they batched US for the Panama Canal. {it was the artistic value of it rather than the scandal) ✓ Second Hand Lions ✓ Más allá de las montañas {this one is a Chinese movie but I have no idea the original name of the movie or the English translation)

I have more and more movies that I like or if you saw one that maybe interest me, sent them and I will try to check them out.

On yesterday's and today's #BuJoChallenge, I was so tired last night that I almost slept wet clothes on because the second furious storm of the week and 老是生病了。 On the One Line A Day, as a result of the 21st activities, I got lots of new notebooks, a big one, almost an A5, a filofax-style one with odd page size and a mini one (which is the twin of the one that I'm using for this challenge. Also, I have downloaded Lingodeer, one of Chinese langblrs recommendation and I'm enjoying it. But to avoid complete it in one sitting, I'm doing the 5 star daily challenges and going lesson by lesson with time to actually do it right. Yesterday's challenge was One sentence movie description. I chose Whisper of the Heart (1995) of Ghibli Studio and I have written down: "two dreams, one love and a cat statue", which is a vague description but it doesn't spoil that much, I think. But later I have found @sweet61 Ghibli Studio one sentence post and I had to write down the brilliant one of the Whisper of the Heart. Today's challenge was Listen to new music and if you recall my study playlist I have a big selection of album choices. This time I have selected some singles and two albums, along two playlists.

On today’s #BuJoChallenge, a study playlist that isn’t a playlist more like an album roaster and One Line A Day, some voluntary work.

Usually when I study, prefer to listen to albums than a playlist because I need a white noise that has a good underlined rhythm. Also I prefer to listen on loop a good album as the listed above.

Maybe I should have an actual playlist but I’m lazy and my preference changes with the seasons, if not the months. If you want a full year playlist, wait for my December in a Bullet Journal series.

Also I have on my One Line A Day my voluntary work with the CCLB, an chapter of the civic committees around town. All I did was telemarketing because we have an event and some of the invited didn’t get it.

I have no idea if they would need me later on the month, if so I hope that it doesn’t wreak my future plans.

On today's #BuJoChallenge, my favourite lyrics... well, my favourite three song lyrics by Shakira and still clearing out the tasks that I had on my weekly preparation post. Today's challenge was my favourite lyrics and as I explained, I loooooove Shakira's lyrical masterpieces. Maybe these can be a little playlist on their own. 1. Illegal by Shakira 2. Antología by Shakira 3. Que me quedes tú by Shakira These are my tearjerker songs. I can't wait for her comeback and I pray that she returns to her rock and roll roots. And I have cleared the tasks that I haven't done on the weekly spread. But I had some issues with the pre-inscription for my Chinese classes. Tomorrow I will call to the office and sign myself up before it gets late. Lol.

Hi guys! Today I’m not going to post an excerpt of the novella that I’m working on and show you a little bit of my book collection. These are some of them.

Half of the books that I own are hand-me-downs of my auntie or my mom or dad and the other half were bought by me for school reading assignment and during the internship months because I had LOTS of free time during and I had to kill time in a way or another. 😜😜

I actually don’t have a rundown of all the books but I think that I own over 30 books, some of them are series and others are collections of writers like Gabriel García Márquez.

Y entonces… is my current reading. I actually started to read it when I was on the internship but the book has a character that scared me so much that I had to put down the book and scream ¡BRUJA… ES UNA MALDITA BRUJA!

I have returned to it this year and well that bruja is still the most terrifying character ever read and I hate the male protagonist so so so much. Jamie Lannister is a good guy beside him. And you all know how Jamie can be in the books and show.

I know that I have to fix the spine of El Guardaespaldas but sadly I haven’t find a good “book doctor” to fix it.
