So what's going on with Tiny Galaxy? I was looking into bringing Tiny Galaxy to other platforms, so I started playing around with some of the code and realized holy shit, I got a lot better at programming since making and releasing Tint Galaxy. It's been out for almost a whole year. So I started making all sorts of changes and fixes to just make the game better. Then Sara offered to redo some of the art and touch it up. After working on it for an hour or so we just decided it would be best to just redo the game. Which is what we're doing! Tiny Galaxy: The Do Over will have updated waaaaaay better graphics, lowered difficulty, fixed hit boxes on all sprites, the whole level select menu has been redesigned and finally works like it should! There's a new start menu, more/better animations, audio fixes, general bug fixes as well as challenge levels that'll unlock in each world. The challenge levels are kind of a way of adjusting the game for the lower difficulty. The main levels have about 1/3 less the difficulty than they used to, but the challenge levels will be more brutal than the current build of Tiny Galaxy. Also, I'm redoing the opening sequence all together as well as adding as few more story scenes in the game. Finally there are a few other features or changes being made, but they haven't been fully implemented yet, so until they're there and I know they're 100% functional I'm staying quiet on those. All in all Tiny Galaxy is finally looking like the game it was supposed to be! If you currently have Tiny Galaxy, you'll get this update / expansion free once it's finished. Once the update is finished and released, this will be the version that is released on other platforms.
