Hey, disability/mobility aid question,
My doctor just told me I have chronic sciatica in my right leg. I'm glad to finally have this info because it's been wildly painful.
I saw some people use a cane for their sciatica, which is cool because I already have a cane. But here's the problem I'm having:
My left knee is arthritic, from dislocating it multiple times in the past. So I use my cane on my right side, due to knee pain. But if my right leg sciatica is hurting, do I swap to holding my cane on the left side instead? Will that help me at all?
