u could analyze its tone in its responses, such as how it reacts to lucio beepbooping at it, and extrapolate from there. in the end it's your interpretation and that's part of what makes things fun!

That’s a good idea, and I was considering it! It’ll be harder to deduce relationships between characters since all you can really go off of is the tone of BeepBoop, and the attitude of whoever is talking to Bastion, but I think some personality details could definitely be gleaned by it. 

Each character has so many supporting lines I’d be surprised if Bastion didn’t follow the trend.
