Na'vi clothing is difficult to grasp...

Since he's from the Tipani Clan his clothing is going to be armor. Lighter armor.

A Reminder

The image takes place after Specimen 4, or as the Na'vi would call her "Kali'tuté" (Or the way I like to spell it: Kali'tute.), leaves Pandora, but not unscathed.

Now Specimen 4 would 100% avoid the Na'vi since they aren't her main target because she doesn't consume na'vi flesh, She only consumes humans. But even though she is avoiding them as best as she can doesn't mean that they haven't noticed her.

Now Specimen 4 is quite agile, fast, strong, deadly, etc, So, it won't be easy for the na'vi to catch up with her, but I think one clan would and that clan would be the Tipani clan.

The Tipani clan is known for having fierce warriors, so maybe the warriors see Specimen 4 as a challenge and a dangerous being. So, the warriors in the clan would be determined to catch her to test not only their skills but also her skills.

And if she was caught, they would probably carve the Tipani symbol on her back to show other clans that the Tipani clan was the only one that managed to catch the elusive, mysterious, and dangerous Kali'tuté. 

But, Specimen 4 wouldn't stay too long in the Tipani clan because sooner or later, she will escape. 

She would soon leave Pandora once she's done collecting human flesh to deliver back to Earth. Well, the Earth she's from. However, the symbol on her back will forever be a reminder of her time on Pandora and how she was caught by the Tipani clan.

Vatala

So, here's Vatala. All I can say is that he is of the Tipani Clan and he's 28.

I'm not that good when it comes to drawing hair or Na'vi, but whatever, I'm happy with the results.

Anyhow this is the finished version of the sketch I made a few months ago. Honestly, I'm happy with how it turned out, the hard part was trying to draw the Na'vi male standing behind Specimen 4.

How I imagined the outfit Specimen 4 would wear if she was captured and taken in by the Tipani Clan. The outfit here is inspired by the rope dart dancers’ outfit. I also made the outfit look “Navi style” in a way. Here's another outfit she would wear in the Tipani Clan, inspired by one of the armors the clan wears, which is Nawma Taronyu Armor:
