💕Varang and Ka'sem Headcanons💕

No this isn't canon obviously, I am just a Varang individual who was starved of her. Hope you enjoy!

•Back when Varang was 10, the grief and loss of her mother hit her harder than her older sister, she didn't do her hair, didn't dress herself, bathe, paint herself or anything, so that where Ka'sem comes in, since her father was a deadbeat (imo) he ordered Ka'sem to do those things for her, and it was the most comfortable she's felt in those years.

•He thinks of her like his granddaughter, extremely protective of her, even when she's grown, he still thinks of her as his little queen, anyone who even LOOKED at her wrong, especially in a weird way when she was little, he would instantly get defensive until Varang told him otherwise.

•I've said this in my last headcanon post about Varang, but it was actually her that offered to sleep in his arms before she had her yurt.

•Don't come for me but I do headcanon that Varangs father turned abusive out of grief after the volcano, so when nights like that happened she slept in Ka'sems yurt.

•She's always worried if Ka'sem would die, since she genuinely cared about him as a father....So when she heard that he was killed, something inside her shattered...

•She still keeps gifts that Ka'sem used to bring her during raids that she ordered him to lead, sometimes she even finds herself looking in the crowd for him again....

Okay, sorry for ending that on a sad note...Shall you forgive me 😁? I might do some with Wukula, Zari and Rakx, today or tomorrow I have no clue!

🌻Sunflower: Who or what is your OC loyal to? Is loyalty something they give often or is it hard to earn?

🌸Cherry Blossom: How does your character feel about death? Have they experienced a lot of loss in their life?

🌹Rose: What or who does your character admire? What do they admire about that person or thing?

For this, I'll go with Hale:

🌻: Hale is loyal to the leaders of Bright Clan, the current leader being Alamafruz. The two are old friends and have known each other for quite some time. She’s been there when Alamafruz became the leader of the Bright Clan. She has watched and helped her friend with her studies to become a great leader.

And of course, she’s loyal to the slugs, because the slugs are extremely important to the caverns.

🌸: Hale has been part of many battles. Being a general, she led many of them. She's seen her fair share of horrible atrocities in fights. In mid-battle, she's seen her sisters and brothers getting killed, eaten, torn apart, and other horrible things done to them.

She understands that death is a natural part of life, but she knows the difference between dying naturally and getting killed by demons. And seeing an innocent being's life get taken by the demons without having the time to rescue them, well, it puts a lot of pressure on Hale.

Hale has horrible dreams about these battles, about the deaths she witnessed and couldn’t stop in time. But lucky for her, there's a great Shahmaran therapist who helps her talk about the dreams.

So, whenever battle comes, Hale makes sure to plan ahead so that there won’t be any casualties. She puts a lot of pressure on herself.

🌹: Hale admires the former leaders of Bright Clan, especially Ilknur. She also admires Nature itself, seeing the beauty in plants and life, understanding how things work in Nature and why it does, analyzing and admiring the beauty in the smallest of things, such as a gradient beetle or the details on a leaf.

the slugterra community forgets about that constantly and makes weird ass posts about him.

Iike that one post by someone about eli's feet. Like gross bro that is a 15 yr old(16 last episode but we arent counting that for now)

Iike people keep doing this type of shit with minor male characters alot and almost nobody calls them out on it.

Slugterra isnt the ONLY fandom doing it. Heck the Ben 10 fandom is a hell hole when compared to the slugterra fandom in this regard but ive been seeing slugterra again so i decided to rant about its fandom for now.
