fic news:
sooo... working on that Mass Effect: Andromeda plot bunny. and so far, not mad at it.
i plan to write out the first couple of chapters before posting to ao3.
note: it's a Liam x F!Ryder fan-fic. loosely follows the game with some fluff and angst.
(and i already know how a lot of people feel about him but i just love him and he deserves attention)
any advice for someone who is dipping their toes into this fandom??
Help needed!
Hey everyone, participating in NaNoWriMo 2018 and I could use some help. I have a trans character (male to female) who I do NOT want to give dysphoria and I was wondering if all my wonderful trans people out there have any tips on making a realistic, non-dysphoric trans girl? I'm not trying to write off dysphoria, I just feel like people do it too much with trans characters and mine is pretty happy with her body, so... please help me though! I want to make a trans girl done right, and I don't want to stereotype! Tips are welcomed please!!
( the novel is called 'infinity plus one' and the Wattpad link to it is here if you're interested. Posting will start from Nov 1!

I do my best to never brag about my relationship with my beautiful wife of ten years even though she’s my favorite person in the whole world and every day is worth living just to see her and share space with her but I need a moment of I have the best wife in the whole world. I had a professional show today (something I’m still fairly new to and was very anxious about) and she gave me my Valentine’s Day present when I got home… we don’t typically do much for Valentine’s Day, like I show you I love you every day I don’t need a reminder holiday yknow, but I’ve been in shambles since I got home because she got me a practice violin. 🥹
Dude I’ve wanted to play violin for my whole life. Since I was so small. Wee tiny hedgehog. My parents never supported me in it (or most things for that matter) but last month I was talking to my wife about how I spent so much of my developmental years in fight or flight that I don’t remember much and my inner child/teenager was severely neglected. There was so much I didn’t get to experience. So much I wanted to do and never had the opportunity. She listened for hours, and reached out to her musician friend to help her pick the best instrument to get me started. I’m so unbelievably excited and nervous but I love her so so much she means the whole world to me 🩵🩵
If anyone out there plays I would LOVE advice and tips please!!! 🩵
does anyone have tips to start (creative) writing? I’ve never really done it without a school assignment or prompt so I don’t know the best/easiest way to start. any tips would be much appreciated!!
