Sleepy or Sleipnir II?

“I’m pregnant.”

Sam looked up from his laptop as Gabriel appeared in the latest crappy hotel room. Dean had gone to pick up some pizza for supper, and Sam was only barely functioning after having gone nearly 50 hours with no sleep.

“Hey Gabe....wait, what?”

“I said 'I'm pregnant' you giant ignoramus,” he seemed pretty nonplussed by this announcement, which only added to the surrealness of the situation.

Sam wondered if he had actually sustained a concussion during that last hunt or if this was some random dream his sleep-deprived mind had concocted.

When the Trickster continued to stare at him, waiting for a response, Sam said the first thing that sprang to his groggy mind:

“It's not another eight-legged horse is it?”
