Pasta with roasted fennel and sun dried tomatoes in a light cream sauce. Topped it with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest and fennel fronds. I thought it was delicious. @emily_wiggles told me the sun dried tomatoes looked like crickets and @alex_hoffmaster thought it wasn’t bad but could use a nice red sauce.
