I can imagine if all the brothers survived along with Casey Jr. in the future, Donatello starts making tech as everyone rebuilds the city. Soon most tech made by Donnie or with his help protects the city while they live in a futuristic world where humans and mutants walk together

Or after that day of defeating the kraang Donnie can slowly make peace of their mutant appearance, some people still being against mutants but he helps with upgraded tech that'll keep the city safer

I headcanon future rise raph with three kids

One of them being scarred during a festival blast, raph and his daughter accidentally split while they were at the festival. Raph tries looking for her then a large explosion from the far right as he hears his daughter yell. Hans(her younger brother) found her under burning wood, she has burn scars after that horrific even. Titian is their 3 year old baby brother who would sometimes touch the healed scars on her face.

Donnie and raph feel like their future selves would have kids, for Leo Casey jr was enough, and for Mikey I just feel like he'd only want to be the fun artsy uncle. ^^
