Elbow Discomfort & Pain?? Often times we see people with elbow pain that just appeared seemingly out of nowhere. No contact injury no overuse just pain that showed up. Often times an easy way to alleviate this pain is simply rolling the tissue around the area which often is the cause of this discomfort. See the “peanut” in the video used to roll over the forearm and tricep areas. Take your time rolling over to these areas applying pressure as needed, changing hand placement and speeds looking for any trouble or hot spots.
