Jeremy Scott - Creator [email protected] and Prolab Sponsored Athlete – is a lifelong fitness junkie who earned his B.A. Degree Cum Laude from Waldorf College, where he played collegiate basketball. Upon graduating, Jeremy earned fitness certifications through the International Sports and Science Association, as well as being a IYCA Certified High School Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Jeremy has worked with a diverse population, ranging from strength training top level college athletes to personal training weekend warriors. Being a fitness professional is not only a career but a passion for Jeremy, who practices what he preaches. More about Chris: Chris has been actively involved in real estate since 2008 when he formed Hanson Capital Group, LLC, which originally operated as an auction bidding service provider for the public and later institutional clients. After successfully acquiring 1500+ single family residences, Hanson saw the opportunity to scale business through the facilitation of acquisition funding and started Hanson Capital, LLC in 2009, which to this day operates as a licensed bank in multiple states and which originated nearly $25M in bridge loans in 2020 alone. In 2020, Hanson partnered with Tarek El Moussa of HGTV's hit TV shows, Flip or Flop and Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa, to launch a $100M multifamily real estate investment fund. Under the name TEM Investments, Hanson is actively pursuing value-add multifamily properties around the country. The Fund launched in 2020 as is expected to reach $100M in capital by Q2 2022. 🎤 Real Talk …Know Who You Really Are! 😎 Who you are is so much more than your car, your house, your bank account, your abs, your posts, your likes, and your social media bio. Our selfish egos love to compare ourselves to others in terms of looks, money, job title and everything in between. And for many people they are competing with the world in a game that is impossible to win. All the “stuff” comes and goes and at the end of the day it has very little to do with who you are and how happy you are living daily. The take away: Don’t live your life based on “what you think other people will think of you” or to keep up or impress your family, neighbors, co-workers, and social media followers. My advice: Focus on YOU, what makes you happy, what activities, what career, what friends, what experiences give you the biggest ROI of your time.
