Beastmaster Hunters get an artifact that gives them another pet which will fight for them and follow them to the ends of the earth, that was willing to die for them even if they never met. 

Meanwhile, Arcane Mages gets a staff that occasionally insults everyone around it, including its new wielder, and tries to talk them into destroying the world.
