If it hasn’t accomplished anything else, this year has reminded us to count every blessing, and shown us that we have a choice in how we respond to life. We’ve pretty much been forced to think outside the 📦. Now, we’re more grateful for the wisdom and experience of our elderly loved ones; (for those of you who still have your parents and grandparents present - give thanks.. ) Your friend tribe has tightened up and you’re supporting each other and deeper, more meaningful ways. We’ve pretty much learned to live outside the 📦 . Event guest lists have shrunk and we’ve had to get extra creative with our gatherings: from intimate stoop weddings to birthday car parades, we’re celebrating outside the 📦 and This Is The Day is here for it all! I just watched it for the first of many times..... I welled up multiple times during it, full on cried a few times. This is a MUST SEE FILM. I've waited over 20 years for someone to make this. Wether you are are fan of @titdofficial or not, if you are in anyway a fan of @idiedtrying then I highly encourage you to please check out this documentary. Without @steveaustintitd & without Today Is The Day, there is no idt. Full stop, period. I found TITD at a giant turning point in my life & I am forever grateful & in debt for the inspiration & for what that music has gotten me through over the years..... The Man Who Loves To Hurt Himself - Documentary is available NOW on various streaming sites for purchase as well in blu ray & dvd form from various online outlets. I hope my entire social media reach tunes in to this doc to delve into the man who has inspired me so many, many years ago forward to this day & into what I consider to be the greatest band of all time in extreme experimental music.
