New Hampshire Parents punished for silently expressing that they don't want their daughters XX getting killed playing sports against boys XY
"Male access to sports teams and spaces previously reserved for biological women and girls is opposed by GOP presidential candidate Donald J. Trump. However, President Joe Biden and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris are pushing hard to make “gender identity” rather than biological sex a protected class."
"...the pink armbands were deemed a violation of the school’s policy against threatening, harassing, or intimidating any person.”
"In August, a federal judge also ruled a Virginia school district could not prevent a male from playing against girls’ middle school tennis teams."
"Several parents have been issued “No Trespass” after protesting a male student being allowed to play in a girls’ soccer game. The parents attended the game wearing pink armbands marked “XX” in protest against the inclusion of a transgender player on the opposing team, aiming to support their daughters from Bow High School, New Hampshire. The parents had previously expressed concerns to the school’s athletic director regarding their daughters playing against a male in a physical sport like soccer. However, they were told that the school could not take action due to a federal judge ruling that the term “girl” includes males who identify as female. In response, several parents donned pink armbands to show their objection. This led to their receiving “No Trespassing” orders enforced by the police. “My daughter’s playing in the homecoming game this weekend, and I’m banned until the 23rd,” parent Anthony Foote told local media. I can’t watch her play in homecoming—which is ridiculous.”
According to the order signed by the district’s superintendent, Marcy Kelley, the pink armbands were deemed a violation of the school’s policy against “threatening, harassing, or intimidating any person.” However, videos from the match reportedly show that people upset by the armbands caused the only disruptions.

Narcissists, Frauds, and Enablers: Trans Women and Women's Sports | Riley Gaines | EP 356
Dr. Jordan B. Peterson and twelve-time All-American female swimmer Riley Gaines discuss the insemination of men into women's spaces. Gaines breaks down the breach in security that women face when forced to share vulnerable spaces with biological men, the purpose of athletic achievement, why segregation of the sexes has genuine merit, and what exactly went down at San Francisco State University. Riley Gaines is an American athlete and female rights activist. Gaines is a graduate from the University of Kentucky, where she was a twelve-time All-American swimmer. She competed and tied with trans-identifying swimmer Lia Thomas at their NCAA championships and was unfairly sidelined from the awards ceremony. She has spoken to numerous teammates and administrators who do not think this attack on female sports is fair, and more importantly, do not feel this invasion by men into female spaces is remotely safe. Gaines has become an outspoken female rights activist, advocating for the protection of women's spaces, sports, and achievements, and has proven herself unshakable even when faced with a dangerous mob.
To my MtF followers: You will always be women, no matter what Trump says.
To my FtM followers: You will always be men, no matter what Trump says.
To my NB followers: You’ll never be part of the binary, no matter what Trump says.
Are you really living until a bunch of angry conservatives tell you you're mentally ill?
For the trans issue Q&A: Hey Tiq, I heard something a while ago (about a year ago, unfortunately, so it's probably no longer a thing) about a legislation making it illegal to use the incorrect name and pronouns for a trans person after informed. Do you think that might come back up, and what's your opinion on the concept overall?
I’m not sure that it was ever illegal per se, but the Title 9 transgender protections that 45, and his administration rolled back stated that school administrators and teachers were to use the chosen name and correct pronouns of trans students. Without these guidelines in place, young trans people are more susceptible to bullying and having their identity being invalidated. By leaving space for cisgender people to decided who trans people are and who they aren’t, creates a breeding ground for emotional and physical violence. It takes away our voice and our autonomy. I think there absolutely should be consequences for people in positions of authority who refuse to address transgender people by their name or pronouns. They’re our pronouns, not theirs.
