Didn't plan ahead very well today, but I threw together some foods before I left the apartment this morning to hopefully get me through! M1- gf oatmeal with cashew mylk and a banana (topped with cinnamon) M2- chameleon cold brew vanilla coffee mixed with silk dark chocolate almond mylk 😍 literally the best combo M3- grapes M4- raw veggies with hummus M5- leftover oatmeal from this morning with blueberries and chia seed pudding Pretty much I just made a bunch of snack foods today...and I forgot my gym clothes so no gym between classes for me, but maybe I'll go for a nighttime hike again after work 😃
M1- green mango carrot smoothie M2- strawberries M3- will be tofu with veggies and kale and grapes on the side (but I forgot a fork, so just grapes for now 😁) Walked to work this morning for my #bootycall
Kinda frustrated with myself...bought almonds, ate all the almonds...and I was doing so well today too 😠 My new medicine made me super nauseous all day and for whatever reason feeling like poop tends to result in me treating my body like poop GAH, oh well, leaving today behind me and determined to do better tomorrow! I might even hike in the rain before work!
Restarting the TIU 7 Day Slim Down tomorrow! Round 2 here I come! Going to go to bed now and get up by 6:30 so I can squeeze in 30min of cardio before walking to work for my #bootycall also going to go for a walk (maybe a run) on my lunch break tomorrow since it's supposed to be nice out!
Wore my favorite scrub top today! Breakfast- perfect fit matcha smoothie Snack- coffee with coconut mylk and agave syrup, banana and almond butter Took the longest route back to my apartment after work since it is so damn beautiful out! Lunch- banana with matcha almond butter ( from the few almonds I didn't pig out on last night lol) About to head out for a run as soon as my phone is charged! Then home for a few days (haven't been home since thanksgiving! Bringing my pup some treats!)
Green smoothie for breakfast Then a brisk walk to work for my TIU booty call Coconut chia pudding for a snack Tempeh, broccoli and kale for lunch Squeezed in a 2 mile run after my exam and then had some coconut yogurt with berries followed by a dinner of quinoa, asparagus and tofu and a dessert of yogurt with cinnamon and protein powder 😁😍 Also, went for a hike after work tonight!
Yesterdays Intake and Exercise
So I hauled 100+ lbs of luggage all over the place yesterday (traveling is fun!). I'm counting that as ALL of my exercise, because I walked FAR with that stuff.
Intake:
breakfast: muesli with almond milk and a banana
snack: veggie beetroot bar
lunch: banana bread protein bar and pumpkin veggie bar
snack: berry protein bar
dinner: veggies and hummus
post-dinner (because my day was 30hours long...) a bag of veggie puffs (a BIG bag)
liquid intake: coffee frapuccino (venti), iced coffee (venti), 1.5L of water, 2 coconut waters :)
finally back home after 7 weeks abroad! And of course, I'm off to another state tonight! VT here I come!
Also, I started the TIU 7 day slim down today! More on that when I post today's intake :)
