Squeezed in some quick cardio for the day in the form of a hills program on the bike at the school gym
Dinner was Diaya vegan mac n cheese with power greens and bell pepper! I had a Liz Lovely Snickerdude cookie for a snack (a rather indulgent snack!) and an aloe water drink 😁 Tea for dessert and then the TIU monday daily workout (booty wo) followed by the Best Summer Ab Routine ☀️ Headed to the gym soon to get some cardio in! 💪
Did one round of the tiu workout then went for a 6.5 mile walk/hike Dinner- quinoa with stir fry veggies and tofu and a red curry glaze
Made some quick gf cinnamon oats on the go this morning to munch on at work, just got home and made some more zoats because I was starving and an orange smoothie 😋
Finally ate my M3! M4 was blueberry chia pudding M5 was quinoa with spinach and brussel sprouts PMWO- hiking the baby mountain after work 😜 felt good even though I'm exhausted now
M1- trying zoats for the first time! 1/2c gf insant oatmeal 1/2c finely shredded zucchini 1 mashed banana Cinnamon to taste Toppings: banana, agave, cinnamon
