Standard Pattern Color: holographic and bioluminescent
No tanhì
Pattern: Thinner, more jagged, less blended/watercolor-y than forest Na'vi
- stripes are bioluminescent, tanhì freckles are rare
Pattern examples/inspo: (made by me)
Hair:
Texture, common-rarer: 2a, 2b, 2c, 1c, 3a, 1b, 1a
Color: LOTS of variation, from white to black. Certain colors are more common in each tribe
Location:
hairline is lower on the forehead, causing the forehead to be roughly 60% the size of other na'vi
Back hairline extends down the neck to the first thoracic vertebra
Short hair on the back of the ears, this hair is roughly the same length as eyebrows.
Hair on tail extends higher up on the tail
Other:
It's common to braid dyed fibers and animal hairs into one's own hair for fashionable colors and to extend the length.
Most hair is never cut intentionally (unless you have to to survive) except to mourn. The length and amount cut is dependent on your relation to the dead. The head is shaved if you had to eat someone to not starve.
Short bangs however are standard, as a way to recognize the death and killing required to keep living. Hunters typically have the shortest bangs
The most common hairstyle is to use all of one's hair in the Tswin/kuru braid, leaving as little hair loose as possible.
Many also keep their songcord in their hair, as it's least likely to be lost from there.
Eyes:
Dark pink and Red in color, bc I say so. Although forest colors(orange-yellow) are also possible, just less common
Eye balls are the same size, however eye lids are thicker and result in a thinner eye shape to combat snow-blindness.
Have worse night-vision than other na'vi due to snow reflection and wild Tskenrri veins both reducing any darkness
Are better at differentiating colors and noticing subtler shifts in color than other na'vi
Structure:
Tiu'vi are shorter than other na'vi and have less variation in height, only being 8-9 ft tall as opposed to most na'vi being 8-10 ft.
Larger noses and nasal cavities to better warm air
Shorter and thicker ears, tails, and fingers
Surprisingly flexible, especially with how they can curl up, bringing their extremities as close to their torso as possible.
Their feet are more dexterous and sensitive, allowing for better rock climbing and quicker and more detailed adjustments over frozen terrain
Slower metabolism than warm na'vi
Tiu'vi sleep more than other na'vi, with their bodily functions slowing noticably while asleep.
Tiu'vi also tend to sleep in the fetal position, or otherwise curled up around another person
Radioactive byproducts from the RDA have caused many birth defects that were the final straw for the Tiu'vi regarding the RDA
Internal Tskenrri makes their bones more brittle on their own, however the Tskenrri replaces and reinforces the skeleton, resulting in even stronger bones.
It is common among the Tiu'vi for one's stripes to fluctuate during emotionally intense moments like Kiri's tanhì do

SLIGHT A:FAA SPOILERS
Kenrri - The focal point of Tiu'vi life
A crystaline Fungus that allows the Pandoran neural network to reach the harsh arctic Tor'iftei.
A part of the Pandoran neural network mycelium that is adapted to the arctic with a shell that keeps the cold out
Glows like the spirit trees
Inside is tendril-y like the end of a kuru
Connecting through the shell is like the tree of voices as shown in the first movie, audio only.
Breaking the exterior and bonding with the tendril-y inside allows for a clearer connection
Allows contact not just with Eiwa, but with other na'vi who are actively connected across Tor'iftei with maybe a few seconds of delay at most.
If a Jahìk needed advice, they need just find a Kenrri vein under the snow and form Tsaheylu with it and then they will have a direct line to the Jahìdin. More on this later
Almost a Panivore, multiple mountains are practically hollow of rock, instead now made of Kenrri.
Kenrri can't eat most currently living multicellular things, but is able to fill in any empty space within, like in a human's lungs.
Tiu'vi use caverns of open Kenrri called Fieiwa to "bathe" since getting wet in the arctic is practically a death sentence.
Rengkll make tunnels through the Kenrri mountains that must be tended to and upkept or the Kenrri will fill the now empty space, closing the tunnel. This causes the untended Kenrri tunnels(aka Rongsei) to be constantly changing.
All Tiu'vi have a symbiotic "colony" inside them (like the mycelium in Spider) established from the Haha'iden. Symbiosis has basically no effect on day-to-day na'vi life, is just an after-effect of the Haha'iden
Symbiosis causes scars to glow iridescently and causes crystal growths on the skin over time, but Very slowly. Typical external crystals only show around one's 50s.
Allows for limb regrowth(kind of). However the new parts are made of Kenrri, not flesh, and have decreased sensation, flexibility, and dexterity. A hand would take roughly half a year to be replaced.
Kuru can also be regrown. Although only if the Kenrri gets inside the wound almost immediately. Like, before the wounded even realizes what happened immediately. Sadly, connections made with this Kenrri kuru are "fuzzy" compared to connections made with an organic kuru.
If a human undergoes Haha'iden, and survives, the internal colony will let them breathe Pandoran air (same as Spider in AFAA) and cause them to grow a Kenrri kuru.
Tsaheylu with open Kenrri can allow a Na'vi to explore memories beyond their own. Allowing them to see and experience places and events they have never seen in life, although the farther you go from your own life, the fuzzier the "image" becomes.
Very few are able to explore Pandora this way, but those that can prevent the Tiu'vi from being informationaly isolated from the rest of Pandora.
Excessive exploration of the spirit world beyond your own memories causes disassociation and confusion, as the explorer mixes up their own knowledge with those they have experienced in the extended spirit world.
Example: a Jahik who has never seen the ocean asking for an herb that only grows by the reef clans.
This excessive exploration is frowned upon since it causes you to miss life as it's happening.
Looks kinda like \/ but more ice-like
Clan Structure: due to the harsh conditions of Tor'iftei, the Tiu'vi have a clan structure that is unique from the other clans on Pandora
As of 2170(the time of Fire and Ash) there are 3 clans that inhabit Tor'iftei. There was ~12 before the humans came, and there once were as many as 15 distinct clans
Each clan is split into 3 "Tribes" based on their spirit sibling bonds.
Each tribe has distinct combat roles, personalities, and general culture.
Each tribe has a different animal they bond with, while not inherently family based, it is very common for one's spirit sibling to be the same species as the tribe you were raised in, but it is also not surprising when someone has a spirit sibling that causes them to change tribes from the one they were born in.
The tribe a na'vi will live in as an adult is discovered during the Iknimange.
Ha'iwan : bond with Sawndeik (creature that guards a herd of reindeer-like animals (Sawnda))
- also utilizes Jweilan(hawk-like) for hunting
- Combat Role: Front liners
- Typical personality traits: Wise and intuitive
- Prioritizes security, stability, and community
Wa'lawng : bond with He'ran(arctic ikran)
- Role: Spear/Arrows
- Typical personality traits: Boisterous, impulsive and thrill seeking
- Prioritizes Freedom
Tsì'pawn : bond with Rengkll (see Creatures post)
- Role: Support/Healers
- Typical personality traits: Caring and Specific
- Prioritizes balance between the big picture and the tiny details
While all Tiu'vi highly prioritize community and have the core belief that full solitude = death, there is a sequence of most to least communal
Ha'iwan -> Jì'pawn -> Wa'lawng
Each tribe has 4-5 bands of a little over 20 adults plus their young children.
Each band has a different migratory path, though they often co-use established camps with other bands of usually the same tribe but sometimes from a different tribe.
Each tribe has its own Eikta' (olo'eyktan deputy) and Jahìk, only exception is the Jì'pawn leader, who is olo'eikta' of the whole clan.
The Jahìdin is at the very top of the Tiu'vi hierarchy and is chosen from the tribal Jahìks (traditionally the eldest)
The Jahìdin resides in the center of Kutsäleiam (Tiu'vi "home tree") and is in Constant Tsaheylu with the Kenrri. This constant connection speeds up the Kenrri's growth on the Jahìdin and eventually makes it so that separation would cause the Jahìdin to become comatose due to the melding of the nervous system with the Kenrri system
The Jahìdin receives nutrients from the Kenrri, making food and water not necessary, although most prefer to continue eating food and doing so is believed to help maintain their physical awareness longer.
The Jahìdin remains aware of their surroundings and physical body, however over time this awareness wanes, and it is when they are no longer able to respond to external stimuli that they are considered to have fully joined Eiwa, and the Jahìdai is recognized as Jahìdin
When the Jahìdin and/or the Olo'eikta' feel that the Jahìdin's connection to the physical is starting to wane, they choose a Jahìk from the 3 tribes to become Jahìdai and prepare to be the next Jahìdin. That tribes Jakarem then becomes it's Jahìk.
The Jahìdai does not have to be constantly connected to the Kenrri until the Jahìdin is deemed to have fully joined Eiwa, but will traditionally spend increasing amounts of time in Tsaheylu as they prepare to step up
The Olo'eikta' is in charge of the Jahìdin's physical wellbeing, providing food, water, and company as the Jahìdin cannot move from their connection spot.
Once they stop speaking, it is usually only a month or two until their heart and breath stop. At which point the body will start to be pulled into the Kenrri and consumed.
The Jahìdin is a lot like fushi from 'To your Eternity', in their awareness beyond their individual body now that I think about it.
The Jahìdin is aware of EVERYTHING the Kenrri experiences in that way, causing the eventual disconnection from their bodies.
Rites of Passage
Satìreiu = one undergoing the rites of passage into adulthood
Notable moments are tracked with Sirel, Which are tattoos akin to the Metkayina, although typically more simple stylistically.
Face tattoos are called Tìrei and are only used to mark rites of passage to adulthood, Body Tattoos are called Sirel and are for everything else.
The first Tìrei commemorates the first kill, marking them as Satìreiu. This first Tìrei is traditionally in the same spot they dealt the killing blow, to show that they carry that death with them always.
One should not take a life until you are able to endure the pain you are inflicting
Then, when ready, the Satìreiu tags along with each tribe for 1 migration cycle so they can get an idea of what life in each tribe is like. Gaining a new Tìrei each time they return to Kutsäleyam at the end of each migration.
Once they have completed a migration cycle with each tribe, they undergo the next rite of passage:
Haha'iden
Kind of a combination of the Dreamhunt from Avatar1 deleted scene and the Sarentu's first communion from AFOP
The na'vi coming of age inhales the spores of Kenrri, causing a "waking sleep" where the inhaler is given advice from their ancestors.
After inhaling, the Satìreiu falls into a coma or "wakeful sleep" that can last up to a week.
Most na'vi are only unconscious for 2-3 days, quick awakening is often taken as a sign of a strong connection with Eiwa and those people usually become Jakarem
After human contact, Haha'iden is used as a test of character for outsiders. Humans historically have had a 60-40 chance of waking or remaining comatose, unable to be awoken even with human medicine and technology as the Kenrri spreads instead of bonds, filling every open space until there is no room for even air.
Humans are typically unconscious for a week or two. No human has ever awoken in less than 6 days. During which they are typically hooked up to IV fluids and such.
Taw'vi (children of a Na'vi and an avatar) typically take 3 days to a week to wake up.
Once the young na'vi awaken they tell the Jahìdin of what they saw then go straight to their iknimange, still kinda high from the spores.
Iknimange (like the Omarikaya's iknimaya)
The Satìreiu enters into the untended tunnels of Kutsäleiam(home tree + mountain both eaten by Kenrri) with a thick cape made by their family, 1 weapon of their choice, and a day's worth of food. From there they must follow their instincts to find their Spirit Sibling
Some paths lead to open tundra, where one may encounter Sawntxeik. Which will protect their herd at all costs and Tsaheylu can be earned by either providing sufficient food for them, or by winning in combat like Ikran do.
Other paths lead up to the top external of the Mountain where He'ran can be found. Tsaheylu with them is the same as ikran.
Some paths only lead further into the tunnels, where wild Rengkll are constantly making new tunnels as the Kenrri keeps growing to close them. Tsaheylu with them requires a song, if they like your singing they will allow Tsaheylu, if they don't they will burrow away or, if you really suck, eat you.
Upon returning, the Satìreiu receives their final Tìrei, marking them as an adult.

Tiu'vi clans:
When na'vi first settled in the arctic, there was only one clan. But over time the population increased and so they split into 2 or 3. This repeated, increasing the clans, but there were also disasters that reduced some clans numbers to unmaintainable levels, forcing them to merge with nearby and similar clans.
this Spliting and merging repeated a few times, with the most clans existing at once being 15.
In the early 22nd century(right before the humans arrived) there were 12 clans , but by 2170(the year of A:FAA) only 3 remain.
There were 3 "types" of clans, based on the structure of their Kutsäleiam(home tree) and largest tribe.
Kutsäleiam : Largest Tribe : Clan type name
Typical Mountain : Ha'iwan : Nìra'vi
Partially floating mountain : Wa'lawng : Ta'vi
Plateau : Tsì'pawn : Äo'vi
There were multiple of each clan type for a long time until the humans came.
When the populations were extremely reduced by the RDA, the clans combined with the most similar ones to ease the transition for the already heavily strained Na'vi.
There is now only one of each type.
When the clans need to meet(which only happens during a great sorrow or when one is expected), the Olo'eikta's meet in the center of the Crater that creates the Mountains they all live in. The Jahìdin can't physically come with, but is still aware of what happens through the Kenrri.
The remaining clans are called: Nìraiu, Taiun, and Äo'ia (Combining their clan name with their collective name)
Each clan has 3 Tribes (Ha'iwan, Tsì'pawn, and Wa'lawng)
Each tribe has 4-5 bands, the largest tribe might have 6, each made of ~25 na'vi.
Each band has a separate migration route, Though they typically share a few camps along the way with other bands of the same tribe, and maybe one or two with a band from another tribe.
Bands from different clans sharing a camp is extremely rare, and only really happens in times of upheaval(like when the surviving clans merged into 3) or if there is EXTREME weather that makes it impossible to access the intended camp
"Political" hierarchy in all clans:
Jahìdin
Olo'eikta'
Jahìk and Eikta' (tribe leaders)
Jahai and Eiktai (band leaders)
Jahai are adult Tsakarem, who in turn often have their own apprentice who uses the Jakarem title
Although the Jahìdin can technically overrule the Olo'eikta's decisions, the Jahìdin's consciousness is spread out so far that making the daily decisions would be highly impractical and distract the Jahìdin from connecting the clan.
The Jahìdin is above the Olo'eikta' because the Jahìdin has access to information from across the arctic (especially their clans migratory grounds), making the Jahìdin more likely to be better informed for big important decisions.
*this is a living document and will be updated as the Tiu'vi develop in my head*
kenrri = Crystaline fungus that is an arctic adapted form of the Pandoran Neural Network
Jahidin = Main/High Tsahìk. Stays at Kutsäleiam year round, constantly in Tsaheylu with the Jjkxenrri. Gives advice to Tribal Tsahìk/Jahìk through the kenrri. Is "aware" of everything the kenrri senses throughout the arctic.
Tor'iftei = Name of the arctic region
Jahei'ìp = kenrri internal tentacles/strands
Kutsäleiam = Was once a hometree that was inside a mountain, both have been all but consumed by kenrri, leaving a mountain-tree that seems to be made of ice and crystal
Eiotaw = when an avatar driver abandons their human body to live as na'vi full time
Fieiwa = exposed kenrri pit, Eiwa's embrace
Kxiawntu = someone who self sacrificed as meat for the clan during times of starvation. Considered the greatest sacrifice and most honorable death.
Fio'tìrein = Migration
Haha'iden = Ritualistic inhaling of kxenrri Spores To commune with Eiwa and distant ancestors for advice and life direction.
Satìreiu = Na'vi undergoing rites of passage into adulthood, "teenager"
Tìreinang = when a Satìreiu tags along with each tribe for one migration to get to know each way of life before their Haha'iden (to prevent subconscious bias)
Taw'vi = child of a Na'vi and an Avatar

Yêu em từ cái nhìn đầu tiên - Cố Mạn (on Wattpad) http://my.w.tt/UiNb/pnfJ0hgBcF
